Learn to create a plan that leverages the soft skill concepts already experienced in the student’s learning eco-system. Identify areas where the student may be under-resourced and identify approaches to assisting with the students process to building their resources.

Intended audience: first level managers, supervisors, and mentors of entry-level employees and student-interns.
