Individuals can attend sessions on their own or organizations can send individuals or teams/small groups to sessions.

Organizations can choose to have sessions delivered privately for their organization (via Zoom or at your location). Organizations can choose standard topics or we can customize workshops based on your specific needs.

The Great Leaders | Great Bosses Workshops are designed for individual leaders and managers regardless of industry or occupation. Participants learn practical skills they can implement immediately upon returning to work. The workshops in the Great Leaders | Great Bosses series can be purchased individually, or you can purchase a discount pass for all six.

Managing the Emerging Workforce Series. The emerging workforce refers to workers who are in their first or second “real” jobs and may be comprised of recent graduates as well as student-interns. While these young workers bring many benefits to the workplace, employers need to prepare the everyday issues that will inevitably arise. And when interacting with them, supervisors, mentors and colleagues must keep in mind what can be reasonably expected from each individual worker, including:

• their generation (i.e, what is typical of most Gen Z-ers)

• their daily stability/instability (i.e, what is typical of most individuals from under-resourced backgrounds)
