Women and Work | The Report ... LIVE!

In March 2022, on behalf of the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio, we conducted focus groups with women in Franklin County -- specifically women who were employed in February 2020 and whose employment has been impacted during or due to the pandemic. We wanted to learn what they need from workforce agencies and employers to help them obtain and maintain employment. At this event, we will share their stories for the first time. 

Women are taking stock about work. So should you. 

We are inviting a select few individuals from our list of clients and community partners to be among the first to hear the findings and recommendations from our report. We think YOU are the right person for this message because of your role in guiding your company and colleagues through these turbulent times. You are a difference-maker.
