About the event
A Salon is a place where interesting people can gather to talk about their diverse perspectives on important topics that shape our world. We are continuing the conversations about how to make work work for today's workforce. The April Salon features the insights and talents of Andrew Mullins, CEO of Lifeline of Ohio, and Rebecca Hellmann, Founder of Present Life, Beautiful LifeÂ
Rebecca and Andrew will lead a spirited dialogue on the role -- responsibility? mandate? -- that employers have to support the mental wellness of their employees. Â
- Are wellness-focused cultures at odds with high-performance cultures? Â
- What is, and is not, the responsibility of employers?
Over the last nine months, Andrew and Rebecca have worked together to bring mindfulness and self-compassion practices to benefit Lifeline's leadership and the organization at large. Â Through these real-life experiences, they will share some best practices and lessons learned about supporting employee mental wellness in the workplace.
