Holy mother of pizza!

GREAT BOSSES MATTER. Coincidentally, I recently received an email from an employee who wanted to share with me how delighted she was by her boss.

She says, "I created a new plan for something and emailed it to my boss, the president, yesterday. He emailed back, 'Holy mother of pizza. That's great!'"

She then added, "I'd be hard-pressed to leave a boss like that."

Indeed, praise doesn’t cost anything to give and takes very little time.

Seriously, it's as simple as that.
