As opposed to what, exactly?
"We're looking for someone with a lousy work ethic?"
"We seek a leader with low energy??"
Whether crafting strategy or composing position descriptions, if the opposite of what you're saying is invalid, it doesn't deserve to be included in the document. Eliminate the words altogether. They add nothing other than taking up space.
